Studies in Sociology in Munich and Cape Town. 2010 to 2021 Research Fellow at the ISF Munich - Institute for Social Science Research. 2010 to 2014 Doctoral Fellow of the Hans Böckler Foundation. 2013 Visiting Researcher at the University of Greenwich. 2015 PhD in Sociology at Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Deputy Professor of Social Developments and Structures at the Department of Sociology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Since 2021 Professor of Sociology with a focus on digitalisation in the world of work at the University of Göttingen.
